    September 5, 1793 - October 3, 1793.
    To son John, my plantation for £400 of which he shall have his share.
    Provides for wife Susanna.
    Estate to be divided among all children, of whom Jacob, Benjamin, Catharine Elizabeth are named.
    Appoints Nicholas HAWK, Sr. guardian for 3 minor children.
    Exrs: Wife Susanna and son John.
    Wits: Jacob POTTEICHER and John RIEGEL.



    Birth year on headstone of 1738 does not agree with family group sheet from Germany which shows 1736.

    "In Germany, Heinrich was a farmer and vineyardist. He emigrated to America with his family arriving in Philadelphia on the Ship Glasgow on the 9th day of September 1738. Soon after, they settled in Lancaster County now Berks County, Pennsylvania, near the towns Rehrersburg and Bernville in Tulpehocken Township. His first eight children were born in Germany and the last four in Tulpehocken Twp. He was a weaver by trade and farmed his land and this is where he and Anna Appolonia spent their last days."
